Seth is the Co-Founder of both The Dailey Group and Keller Williams Gateway in Baltimore, Maryland. He serves as the Operating Principal for the brokerage and as the team leader for The Dailey Group, which consistently helps over 150 families a year. Seth, a Montana native, is passionate about empowering leaders and teaching people to make smart financial moves.

Prior to real estate, Seth held his CPA designation and worked as a mortgage lender before joining forces with his wife of 17 years, Alyce. Seth can usually be found at the nearest coffee shop with a personal growth book in hand while scribbling down his next great idea on the back of a napkin.

Patrick Lilly wears many hats: successful New York City real estate broker, educator, transformational life coach, speaker, and world traveler. Curious by nature, Patrick likes to explore other ways of thinking, feeling, living and being, which ultimately allows him to serve his clients’ best interests.

Patrick has sold over 1,200 properties worth more than $1.35 billion during his 34-year career.

This strong sales success has resulted in many national honors, most notably the Keller Williams Pinnacle Award which is presented to just 20 exceptional agents across all North American firms. Additional distinctions include being named one of The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Agents in the nation and Inman’s 101 Most Influential Agents in North America. He was also featured in “The Billion Dollar Agent” by Steve Kantor.

Through his organization Real Estate Success Rocks, Patrick hosts an annual conference and a weekly podcast for agents. He is also the founder of Real Estate Vision (REV), an educational and networking group for top producing agents. Patrick is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the world. A consistent theme in his talks is the creation of practices that nurture both your soul and financial well-being.

After completing his BS in Psychology and Mathematics from Missouri State University, Patrick earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University. In 2007, he earned his life coaching credentials, which allows him to conduct transformational seminars throughout the world on discovering one’s essence and purpose in life.

Patrick divides his time between New York City, his weekend house in the Hudson Valley, and pursuing his passion of traveling the world.

Larry "Boomer” Foster is president of the general brokerage for Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation's No. 1 residential real estate brand (by sales volume). His territories include NorthCarolina, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, the suburban and Montgomery County areas of Maryland, and the Charlottesville and Northern Virginia regions. 

Foster brings a wealth of business experience and leadership skills to Long & Foster. He is a trial lawyer by trade, with nearly eight years of experience in that field practicing in South Carolina. He is licensed to practice in the Circuit Court, Court of Appeals and SupremeCourt of South Carolina as well as the United States District Court for the district of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

His background made it a natural for Foster to succeed in the real estate business. After becoming a sales associate with Long& Foster, he quickly rose from a promising rookie to top producer in just his first year in the business. In 2007, he was appointed as the branch manager of the Long & Foster Kingstowne Centre office in Alexandria, Va., where he further honed his skills in management, recruiting, coaching, training and business development. Known for helping real estate agents grow their businesses, Foster more than doubled the number of agents at Kingstowne Centre during the time he managed the office. 


In 2010, he was tapped to take over as regional vice president for the Northern Virginia region, responsible for the management of 16 branch sales offices. In 2011, he was appointed senior vice-president heading Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia and West Virginia region. He was appointed as president of Long & Foster Real Estate in 2014. 

Foster is a graduate of the University ofSouth Carolina where he received an English degree in addition to his J.D. As asports enthusiast and a four-year letterman for the South Carolina Gamecocks football team, Foster brings a competitive edge to everything he does. Foster is committed to providing Long & Foster sales associates with tools, information, and support they need to help them best meet the desires of today’s buyers and sellers. 

Boomer is a licensed broker in Virginia. He and his wife reside in Virginia and have two children.
