He serves as the Operating Principal for the brokerage and as the team leader for The Dailey Group, which consistently helps over 150 families a year. Seth, a Montana native, is passionate about empowering leaders and teaching people to make smart financial moves.

Foster brings a wealth of business experience and leadership skills to Long & Foster. He is a trial lawyer by trade, with nearly eight years of experience in that field practicing in South Carolina. He is licensed to practice in the Circuit Court, Court of Appeals and SupremeCourt of South Carolina as well as the United States District Court for the district of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
His background made it a natural for Foster to succeed in the real estate business. After becoming a sales associate with Long& Foster, he quickly rose from a promising rookie to top producer in just his first year in the business. In 2007, he was appointed as the branch manager of the Long & Foster Kingstowne Centre office in Alexandria, Va., where he further honed his skills in management, recruiting, coaching, training and business development. Known for helping real estate agents grow their businesses, Foster more than doubled the number of agents at Kingstowne Centre during the time he managed the office.
In 2010, he was tapped to take over as regional vice president for the Northern Virginia region, responsible for the management of 16 branch sales offices. In 2011, he was appointed senior vice-president heading Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia and West Virginia region. He was appointed as president of Long & Foster Real Estate in 2014.
Foster is a graduate of the University ofSouth Carolina where he received an English degree in addition to his J.D. As asports enthusiast and a four-year letterman for the South Carolina Gamecocks football team, Foster brings a competitive edge to everything he does.
