Joe and Debbie moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania shortly after being married in 1977. Even though the climate and landscape of Arizona represent quite a change of scenery, it did not take them long to realize the beauty of the desert. In no time, Debbie and Joe were enjoying hiking, biking, and year-round camping in their free time.

Within three years Joe and Debbie had discovered their calling in Casa Grande. Debbie entered real estate in 1980, and Joe joined her in 1983. Their warmth with clients and a commitment to hard work soon combined for tremendous success. By 1995, they purchased their own RE/MAX franchise and began building their team.

They hired one licensed assistant and a part-time administrative assistant and focused on providing superior customer service. That first year, they closed 127 units. In 1999, they closed 303 units and won the award for the #1 RE/MAX Team in Arizona for the number of units closed—and their team continues to win awards nationally, including being recognized as one of the Top 250 US Team for the number of transactions nine times, six of them consecutively.

Business: Joe and Debbie understand that their current success in a small market has as much to do with working on their business, as well as working in their business. Therefore, they and their team attend seminars, classes, and workshops regularly. Staying ahead of their competition and on the cutting edge of technology is key.

Since opening their local office, they have added several buyer specialists, listing specialists, and increased their administrative staff to continue to provide superior customer service. They have developed unique selling points including their moving truck and client perks programs.

Hobbies: Debbie’s backyard is her sanctuary; filled with wind chimes, a small fishpond, a pool, a BBQ, and a large raised garden where she grows great vegetables. Debbie often enjoys quiet time gardening, crafts, playing the piano, and especially playing with her grandson. When she is not relaxing at home, Debbie loves spending time at their second home in the Lakeside-Pinetop or escaping to spas.

Joe enjoys mountain biking over the beautiful terrain and mountains of Casa Grande and other areas of Arizona, such as Pinetop and Showlow. Curious by nature, Patrick likes to explore other ways of thinking, feeling, living, and being, which ultimately allows him to serve his clients’ best interests.

Patrick has sold over 1,200 properties worth more than $1.35 billion worth of property in his 34-year career.

This strong sales success has resulted in many national honors, most notably the Keller Williams Pinnacle Award which is presented to just 20 exceptional agents across all North American firms. Additional distinctions include being named one of The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Agents in the nation and Inman’s 101 Most Influential Agents in North America. He was also featured in “The Billion Dollar Agent” by Steve Kantor.

Through his organization Real Estate Success Rocks, Patrick hosts an annual conference and a weekly podcast for agents. He is also the founder of Real Estate Vision (REV), an educational and networking group for top producing agents. Patrick is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the world. A consistent theme in his talks is the creation of practices that nurture both your soul and financial well-being.

After completing his BS in Psychology and Mathematics from Missouri State University, Patrick earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University. In 2007, he earned his life coaching credentials, which allows him to conduct transformational seminars throughout the world on discovering one’s essence and purpose in life.

Patrick divides his time between New York City, his weekend house in the Hudson Valley, and pursuing his passion of traveling the world.

Having begun his Charleston real estate career at the beginning of a boom market in 2004, Dewey saw many successful projects with multiple 250+ unit conversions selling out completely in a single sales day. This volume magnitude gave him indispensable insight into what goes into the management, marketing, sales, and closings of large projects. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty and specialized in luxury residential sales and commercial development which began laying the foundation for first-class marketing and customer service systems. The Cassina Group in 2011 offered a never been seen before technology partnership in the IDX CRM side of the business due to their relationship with BOOMTOWN and facilitated building a small team.
