Jordan is a Co-Founder with his partner Wayne Norbeck and he leads the creative design process, managing the studio, and guiding projects through complex municipal approval processes; including Landmarks, Community Board and BSA. Over the course of Jordan’s 20-year career, he has completed a tower that straddles Manhattan’s High Line, won design competitions for health-focused housing in Haiti, an arena for the New Jersey Devils and a pedestrian bridge and park in midtown Manhattan, designed and fabricated scenic sets for television and stage, helped realize the Louis Sullivan Award-winning historic Carbide & Carbon Building renovation and the AN Best Renovation Project 100 Barclay, and designed and oversaw over twenty high-end residential and commercial projects in New York City. Jordan is currently a visiting Professor of Practice at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Director of Architecture & Design at LiV Connected, and proud father of three children with his wife Laura.

Having begun his Charleston real estate career at the beginning of a boom market in 2004, Dewey saw many successful projects with multiple 250+ unit conversions selling out completely in a single sales day. This volume magnitude gave him indispensable insight into what goes into the management, marketing, sales, and closings of large projects. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty and specialized in luxury residential sales and commercial development which began laying the foundation for first-class marketing and customer service systems. The Cassina Group in 2011 offered a never been seen before technology partnership in the IDX CRM side of the business due to their relationship with BOOMTOWN and facilitated building a small team. In 2014, Dewey moved the team to Keller Williams Charleston-Mt. Pleasant, and they have continued steady growth as The Found Properties Group.

Patrick Lilly wears many hats: successful New York City real estate broker, educator, transformational life coach, speaker, and world traveler. Curious by nature, Patrick likes to explore other ways of thinking, feeling, living, and being, which ultimately allows him to serve his clients’ best interests.

Patrick has sold over 1,200 properties worth more than $1.35 billion worth of property in his 34-year career.

This strong sales success has resulted in many national honors, most notably the Keller Williams Pinnacle Award which is presented to just 20 exceptional agents across all North American firms. Additional distinctions include being named one of The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Agents in the nation and Inman’s 101 Most Influential Agents in North America. He was also featured in “The Billion Dollar Agent” by Steve Kantor.

Through his organization Real Estate Success Rocks, Patrick hosts an annual conference and a weekly podcast for agents. He is also the founder of Real Estate Vision (REV), an educational and networking group for top producing agents. Patrick is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the world. A consistent theme in his talks is the creation of practices that nurture both your soul and financial well-being.

After completing his BS in Psychology and Mathematics from Missouri State University, Patrick earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University. In 2007, he earned his life coaching credentials, which allows him to conduct transformational seminars throughout the world on discovering one’s essence and purpose in life.

Patrick divides his time between New York City, his weekend house in the Hudson Valley, and pursuing his passion of traveling the world.
